Refund Policy

EU Consumer Rights

Consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net, select "I need help with a recent purchase" and follow the instructions.

Service Outage

You are eligible for a refund if the ChronoLink service is available for less than 99% of a given calendar month due to any of the following:

  • One or more of your scheduled synchronization connections are not running for any reason for which we are responsible.
  • The ChronoLink settings page (https://my.chronolink.app) is not available or not working correctly.

For monthly subscriptions, the refund amount is equal to the price of one month. For yearly subscriptions, the refund amount is equal to the yearly subscription price divided by 12.

Cancelling a Subscription

If you cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, it will remain active until its next renewal date. We will not issue a refund.
